Send us the plan set; we'll flag any fixture that won't fit the wall before demo, not after. - We hit our dates.
Rough-in when framing's done, top-out before drywall, trim-out after tile. On the day we said. - We own inspection.
We pull the permit, meet the inspector, and fix anything flagged — so you're not the one on the phone with the county.
Remodel work is bid per project.
