Privacy

Rig 47 Plumbing LLC ("we," "us") collects only the information you give us — name, phone, email, address, and details about your plumbing job — and we use it solely to quote, schedule, and complete your work and to follow up afterward.

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the crew assigned to your job and, where required, with permitting authorities or our drywall partner for jobs that need them. Text messages you send us are used to dispatch and quote; standard message rates apply.

We use minimal first-party analytics to understand which pages help customers reach us. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing dispatch@rig47.us.

Terms of service

Quotes & pricing. Flat-rate quotes are issued in writing before work begins and represent the price for the described scope. If new scope is discovered, we will stop and provide a written revised quote before proceeding; you may decline the additional work.

Warranty. Installation workmanship is warranted for ten (10) years from completion. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, freezing, or third-party alteration.

Scheduling & arrival windows. Arrival estimates are good-faith targets, not guarantees, except the emergency-window credit described on our service pages. Weather and traffic can affect timing.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Large projects may require a deposit.

Liability. Rig 47 Plumbing LLC carries $2M general liability insurance and is bonded under GA Master Plumber license MP-208741. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
