The questions Atlanta homeowners ask us most — answered the way we'd answer on the phone.

Pricing

Are these really flat rates?

Yes. Whatever number we write at your door is the number on the invoice. No after-hours surcharge, no fuel fee, no "while we were in there" upsell. If the job ends up smaller than quoted, we bill less.

Is there a fee just to come out?

For diagnostics, $89 — and it's credited toward any work you book. For confirmed emergencies, the $249 dispatch covers arrival, shut-off, and a written quote, and it's also credited toward the repair.

What if the price changes after you open the wall?

If we find genuine new scope — a rotted joist, a hidden second leak — we stop and re-quote in writing before any new work. You can decline, and we still honor the original quote on the original scope.

How do I pay?

Card (incl. tap & Apple Pay), check, or bank transfer on completion. Large jobs like repipes can be split into a deposit and a balance-on-completion.

Timing

How fast can someone actually get here?

This week our average arrival across the metro is 42 minutes after we confirm a booking. For emergencies we keep one truck on standby every night — miss the 45-minute window and the diagnostic visit is free.

Do you really answer at 2 a.m.?

Yes. The line rings to a real person — usually Carla on dispatch, or straight to whichever master plumber is on the night truck. No call center.

Same-day for non-emergencies?

Often, depending on the day. Book online or call and we'll text you the next open window — usually same- or next-day.

How we work

Do you pull permits?

Always — for gas lines, water heaters, repipes, and anything code requires. Permit fees are itemized on your quote, and we meet the inspector ourselves.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Georgia Master Plumber license MP-208741, bonded, and carrying $2M in liability insurance. Certificate available on request.

What's your warranty?

Ten years on workmanship for installs like water heaters and repipes. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. It's written on your invoice, not buried in fine print.

Will you make a mess?

No. Drop cloths go down, we wet-vac before we leave, and we keep a drywall partner on call to close and texture any access holes — paint-ready.
