Plumber shutting off a leaking valve to stop a flood
// What counts as an emergency

If it's flooding, gushing, or backing up — call.

Burst & floods

Supply lines, washing-machine hoses, frozen pipes that let go. We stop the water first, fix second, and flag a restoration partner if drywall's wet.

Sewer backups

Raw water coming up a floor drain or tub. We clear it, camera the line, and tell you straight whether it's a clog or a collapse.

Slab leaks

Hot spot on the floor, spiking water bill, sound of running water with everything off. We locate it acoustically before we cut anything.

Heater failures

Tank split, pilot won't hold, water pouring from the base. We isolate it tonight and can swap most models same-day.

No water at all

Whole-house loss, frozen main, failed pressure regulator. We get you flowing again and diagnose the cause.

Gas smell

If you smell gas, leave and call Atlanta Gas Light first — then call us to find and fix the line once it's safe.

// While the truck rolls

Three things to do
before we get there.

Do these and you'll save yourself water damage — and often money — before our truck even pulls up.

  1. 1
    Kill the water.
Main shutoff is usually at the meter or where the line enters the house. Turn it clockwise, all the way.
  2. 2
    Kill the power.
If water is near outlets or the panel, flip the breaker to that area. Don't stand in standing water to do it.
  3. 3
    Snap a photo.
Text it to (404) 555-1947 so we arrive with the right parts on the truck.

"New Year's Day, slab leak, water bill already through the roof. Crew was here in 38 minutes and stopped me from calling restoration too early. Saved a downstairs ceiling."

Don't wait on a leak. The longer it runs, the more it costs.
