Yes. Every Modulus engagement is scoped and priced as a fixed fee with a defined timeline and deliverables. There is no hourly billing.

Who owns the code and models?

On full payment, the client receives full ownership and IP transfer of all custom code, models and weights produced under the engagement. Modulus retains rights only to its pre-existing internal tools and frameworks.
